“October 2008″
I took this while I was in NY for CMJ in 2008. I think to really enjoy this photo you have to put yourself back in the mindframe you were in before Obama was elected (I guess you would really only enjoy this photo if you are a liberal in the first place). I took this 5 days before the election and everyone was still wondering if Barack would really pull it off. With hindsight being 20/20 this would just be another picture of our president but with that perspective I think it really is something else. This picture will always take me back to that trip and the feeling of a new era in the air.
“Dodger Dogs”
I have been going to Dodger games since I was a 2 years old. It’s one of my favorite places on the planet. There’s nothing like walking in and seeing the vibrant green grass for the first time every season. The best hot dogs ever created are also available, Dodger Dogs. I thought this was quite the site on my way out of a Dodgers/Padres matchup.

After a rare rainy day here in Los Angeles I decided to hit the streets for a chilly Spring ride. I found this random red wall with a blank ad space to match my Mongoose.
