Shwood

I’m off the injured reserve list and blogging again. So let’s jump into it…

I’ll be getting these in the mail in the next couple days. Portland based Shwood Sunglasses is taking wood grain to the next level. There are 2 different frames with a couple different wood choices. I copped the Zebra wood.

Pack It Up

Glad Nixon dropped a cheap (relatively, $40) light weight backpack. I have a JanSport one of the same size and material but Nixon will just look so much more official for the summer (name whore). Green’s my fav. Check out more colors over at NIXON

Kellogg Letterhead

See The Galaxy

Justin Van Genderen makes quite a compelling Star Wars travel poster. If Star Tours didn’t make you want to see the galaxy maybe these will.

I think I may have to come up on a piece or a 2 finger ring.

Welcome To The Future

This is one sexy chair. It’s creator is Frank Cresencia and he is a senior at the Rhode Island School Of Design. He connected the wood shell seat with the frame using magnets. The back looks super crazy. The force is strong in this one. I see a bright future for Frank.

It's About To Get Real Sec'sy

Here’s the latest addition to the Q Branch library, Sec’s Talk. This is what iChat looked like for secretaries in 1987 when this book was published. No line in the wall and only one friend, your boss.

It’s actually quite a practical idea although it looks ridiculous (and you know your boss has a crazy ego [...]
